How to recover Sony XDCAM data deleted, formatted or lost on Mac?

You may have lost your vital photos, videos(.mxf) and audio files from a Sony XDCAM due to any reason above. As a matter of fact, the files are not completely erased from the Sony XDCAM on the deletion or formatting. Remember to save them on your Mac or other storage devices, but not the same Sony XDCAM from which you lost them before due to safety of the file.
